Anybody know the status of the Batman franchise as it currently stands at Warners? Last I heard they were thinking of a "Year One" approach and that Joel Schumacher (the fiend!!!) offered to "tone down" the next one if he was offered the chance. Let us all hope he is not. As pointless as it might sound, I'm actually working on a script based upon the RED RAIN and BLOODSTORM graphic novels released under the Elseworlds imprint by DC. Fantastic concept that could really kick some on-screen imho. Anyway, lemme know if you have any real info...
