Here's my advice. If you totally suck ass at writing dialogue, then include very, very little of it in your script. You'd be surprised at how much of a story can be conveyed purely through actions. If you must include some dialogue and want it to be as authentic as possible, you can get a tape recorder and record various conversations, then transcribe them. I don't know if this works, but it's worth a try. It may help you get a feel for dialogue.
