Let me share some insight with you Mr. Atlas:

I know that with your godlike physique I'm sure you don't realize what an incredible jackass you come off sounding like.
I'm sure that Kevin is perfectly aware of his physical limitations with out you tearing into him in your ever so loving manner.
So please keep you dietition diatribes to yourself, you Derris wanna be. By the way how much can YOU bench?

Have some fucking tact.

: Kevin, I saw you at San Diego and after seeing these Chicago pics, and with VA5 coming up and all, I just wanted to address a concern that hardcore fan of yours has. First of all, you are huge. Not to be a jerk, but wow. I suppose the Harley has been a lot of work and you have been under a lot of pressure lately, but it seems to really have gotten the best of you. You seem larger than you were even in Mallrats. You said you were a trim 280 during the film, and I'd guess that you are right around there now. In Dogma and on the Amy disc, which I know were about 3 years back, you looked like a really trim guy. I'm concerned about you and your health. At your San Diego Q&A you sweated profusely the whole time. That can't be that healthy. When Ben said that you were a sweaty bitch on the Amy disc, now I know what he was talking about. But for your own sake, I seriously think you should try to do something and stay healthy. We all want a healthy Kev and a happy Kev, so he can keep pumping us full of VA5's, Fletch's, Steve-Dave and Walt comics, Mallrats 2: Die Hard in the Mall comics, Green Arrow comics, Clerks animated DVD's, and whatever else you have in store for us, the hardcore VA geeks who watch your films and read your comics religiously. You are easily the most modest guy I know, but I have to tell you. You really have struck a nevrve with us, true VA geeks. Your films never get boring. Thank you for all you have done and given us. You have given so much yet continue to give, and for that, I thank you. All right, enough with the sentimental crap. My top 5 movies are: 5.) the "Jersey Trilogy" 4.) Princess Mononoke 3.) TrainSpotting 2.) the Star Wars series (all 6, trust me, ep 2 and 3 will own all) 1.) Fight Club

: Steve-Dave and Walt are fucking hilarious. I have watched their Amy scene 20 times and laugh every fucking time. The high five and "triple the value" parts are fucking priceless.

: Thanks for reading my long ass stupid post. Later.
