I don't know about the Smoking Popes, but that is Carmen Lee in the Mallrats cut scene. Kevin got her into the film by putting her in the "Popular Girl" poster that Silent Bob crashes head-first into and also she is the girl that Joey Lauren Adams' character in Chasing Amy, Alyssa Jones, makes out with in the "Meow Mix" scene.
