It's hard to find good help anymore

Anyway, in pursuing my creative endeavors, I find it has become progressively harder to get my friends involved in my productions. It is really frustrating since now I'm ready to do a major project instead of goofy basement videos, I can't get them to do this shit. Was it easy or hard for you to do the same when you began with clerks? Was it a matter of having good people skills to keep everybody in check or did you just have great friends that were Really supportive to your cause?

Yeah, I guess that's 2 questions. Good enough for now.
