Chasing Amy Director's Commentary

I am a Newbie, First want to thank everyone for the insights and info that I get from this board. I have been a reader for about two weeks, this is my first post.
Secondly, this sounds very retarded just to have to ask, but I need some help. I just purchased the Chasing Amy DVD. Great deleted scene from the comic book store! (Still wondering what the connection is between Ben Affleck and "Madman") My problem is that I cannot access the Director's Commentary. Whenever I hit the "audio" button on my remote, as instructed, it takes me back to the screen that instructs me to press "audio", and never goes into the movie. Has this happened to anyone else, or am I just doing it wrong? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance
