What Bart really said was "Moochie Moochie," because he was planning on "mooching" off of Lisa, who was the President (it was the future). Even though i heard him correctly, I thought of "Snootchy Bootchies" also. But you know, Simpsons makes fun of or parodies absolutely EVERYTHING, but I have yet to see any TRUE VA references in it. That and that fact that Kevin Smith (or any VA stars that i can think of right now) has yet to do a guest voice. What's up with that???
