As far as I am aware there are no plans to release an official box (with which to make your own box set). There are some very professional ones being sold on Ebay but they are not official. If those are the ones you are talking about (they are sort of gold colored with pictures from the cartoon on) they are designed to hold the single version of Dogma.

I can't answer for them - but I would say no!!! The best chance you have is if they stick them on the upcoming DVD as an extra feature but I don't think a book would be financially viable enough!!!
