: There is the Mid-Western Student Film Festival in April each year. It's put on by Hometown Cinema. It takes place at Indiana University in Bloomington. My best friend is who got it going about three years ago and it just keeps growing and growing. It is highly regarded. They now have a brand new website and they have shorts available to watch through the website. Then, you can offer feedback on the films in the message board area of the site. See link below...
: : This may be a stupid question - but how can I find out if there are going to be film festivals in my area? Any good websites that list them or anything? I never seem to hear about anything like that - and I do like to read newspapers and watch the news.
