Bakersfield? Isn't that where a prison is and isn't it in the desert? I'd drive down there to see a festival. I don't live in Monterey, but it would be a nice place to have such a thing. I live in San Jose right now . . . but I think I may be relocating soon.
How about Santa Barbera? I used to dig Santa Barbera.
