If Kevin reads your script and then makes a movie...what is to stop you from saying.."hey, Kevin got that from my script" If Kevin has never read your script he has nothing to worry about...therefore...HE WILL NOT READ YOUR SCRIPT. This is not rocket science...he will not read your script.

I mean as long as the person who its sent to doesnt do nething with it then theyre fine and theres no trouble. They can read it, its at their caution. Honestly i dont think neone would do that and risk the law suit, so im still confused.
