Hey red boys...
I was curious as to the amounts of fan films you get sent via mail on VHS for you to view and critic. You see i have one finished and am contemplating sending it in to get some kind of reaction ( probably bad )but find it pointless if the influx of tapes is too much for you to actually see. Im also curious as to how many would you say ( a percentage ) had video covers that looked like a rental tape, or do most of em just come in a blank cassette tape with the title scribbled in with crayon.
As a film maker who may someday make it, hey lets be optimistic, i feel its important to get opinions from people who arent just trying to be nice. All my friends say yeah its cool but are they just saying that? And film contests arent really good either, you either win or lose. If you dont make the final cut you dont even get it to an audience.
Oh and one last thing.....
