A muse's power is not to create ideas, but inspire them within the minds of men & women.
when she "mused" Bob, she just gave him a push of inspiration, to connect things *he* already knew, in a new way that could provide a solution.
After **he** came to the realization, in his own mind, given "oomph" by her otherworldly push, she was able to connect the dots, and figure out why the club was "holy."
But it was all Bob's idea. She was just a metaphysical catalyst.
While it is silly that we're quibbling over the relative "believabilty" of a movie with a man in a rubber poop suit, sadly, I've been no-prizing for most of my natural born life. When there was color shifts in priting in issues of FF, my all-too-nerdy kid's brain rationlized it away as fluxuations in the "unstable molecules" which their costumes were made from. I had to come up with a viable solution, in my mind, for Soundwave to be able to transform from a 40 foot robot into a pocket cassette recorder, carriable by humans, I was such a Percival Pop, Continuity Cop.
Pity me.

(You see, he was able to shift his mass into a quantuum "pocket dimension," which was able to "borrow" the mass... Which, for all intents and purposes, phased it out of reality until he "borrowed it back" upon re-transformation. I further supposed that Optimus Prime's trailer went to the same dimension. When I tried to explain this to my classmates, they called me a gimp, and told me it was just a cartoon. Not much has changed.)
