This question has been asked before and as I remember it, the answer has
always been a resounding "NO". The whys: Kevin considers it hands-on (it's HIS store, he can be PERSONALLY involved in its day-to-day operation), he's in NJ, the VA films take place in NJ, he doesn't want to leave NJ, part of the 'mystique' (my word, not his) of the films is in and about this one Secret Stash. So, it's probably not going to happen and, I hope you take no offense from this: he wouldn't need you to pitch the idea to him if he DID want to open a second store. He'd probably just do it.
