Something like that happened to me two years ago around Christmas, I was visiting relatives in Jersey (I used to live there) and I decided to go to Red Bank. Naturally, I went to the Secret Stash, but as I was leaving, I saw the Man himself walking down the street. I followed him into a music store (not Jack's Music Shoppe, I believe it was called Monmouth Music or something), but when I got within about eight feet of him and heard that unmistakable voice, I choked and just stood there like a statue. While I do feel good about letting him keep his privacy, I can't say that I don't feel a tinge of regret that I didn't say anything, but, oh well, I've been going to Red Bank every time I go to NJ just in hopes that I might see him again, no luck yet. That's my story, folks!
