Kevin -
hi! my name is Amy, im a 19 year old girl from Cincinnati, Ohio. i love your movies! i have seen the first four, however i only own the last two, chasing Amy and Dogma
my collection of DVDs for my computer is limited to these 2 movies, so i watch them over and over and over and over. i never get bored of watching them. however, there are a few things i have noticed. Ben Affleck's characters are similar in both movies; in the way that he deals with whoever his supporting actor is . for example, both Holden and Bartleby say "this coming from the guy who...." and the expressions, the attitude of Ben's Character twords the supporting character are the same. im not sure how to describe what im seeing.....maybe a kind of take charge "im right your wrong" confrontational attitude. the dialog between the 2 characters just always seem to have the same feeling to them. the first time i saw Chasing Amy was when i bought it on DVD. i had only seen it once, and it was when it first came out in '97. after the first few scences, the first thing i thought about Holden and Banky, was "oh my god that is so Bartlyby and Loki!!" just an observation.
i really like how diffrent all of Jason Lee's characters are. He is a great actor!
i also like the little apperances Brian O'Halloran has in the other movies.
why doesn't he have any major parts like he did in clerks?
i think Joey Adams was a great choice for Alyssa! - but you already knew that :)
i love how the more you know about one movie, the more you understand all the movies.
thanks for your time, keep 'em coming!
