The weather in October is never predictable. I heard from family members in Jersey that late summer was quite cold. But from what I remember there have been occasions within the same week of Holloween, where it's been quite hot then all of a sudden the coats need to be dragged out of the closet. Take along some T-shirts or whatever other cool, as in not to hot, clothing and also some sweaters in case along with a coat, cause you never know.
