...I have been on this board a long time (much longer than you unless you changed your board name recently) and have read Kevin's reasons when posted them. I also watched the DVD and listened to Kevin's explanations. I'm just wondering if there is something more to why he cut those scenes.
BTW your self aggrandizing "gotcha" attempt to make fun of my question ("...didn't Kevin explain...") only shows your own high school level. You want to know who I am, go over to film-411 and read my article on distribution. Then try to come up with some insightful questions of your own.
