: WILD WILD WEST? Black guy playing white guy. Bombed. April O' Neil in TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES? Black in the comic, white in the movie, and that was the biggest flop of all time! Don't bother checking the record books, New Line lost 200 million dollars on that movie because THEY CAST A WHITE WOMAN IN THE ROLE OF A GIRL WHO WAS QUITE CLEARLY KIND OF BLACK IN THE COMIC. And its' just my opion, but casting Jim Carrey as famed black comedian Andy Kaufman turned people off but good.
