: Hey. After seeing (and falling in love with) Dogma, I went and bought the shooting script. I was surprised at what was left out of the finished film, but it was for the better, in my opinion. Then, for class, I decided to read the very first draft, done in 1994. Wow! So sorry, but if I had read that script, I would not have wanted to see the movie. Thank you so much Mr. Smith for changing it into the great movie it is. I am kind of wondering if there is a story behind how it evolved. I guess that's all I wanted to say. Now I need to go finish reading the script...!
