I think Ghostbusters is great too, what defines the funniest films? I mean its tough, some movies have just one funny character. Like groundhog day.... others have a whole cast of comedy....

I thought Noises Off was of the funniest movies I'd seen, and golly gee it had Christopher Reeve and John Ritter in it. Ick.
Of course I think Gross Pointe Blank was better than a lot of these too.

For outloud laughter, any movie seen with a large group seems to feel funnier. (cept Austin Powers....didnt laugh for that one despite the group) Then there is So I Married and Axe-Murderer, I laugh consistantly through multiple viewings.

These lists are just impossible.

Maybe a list of "Favorite Movies to Sit Down With Friends To Laugh To"
Would get a better response. But then I'd have to put Meet The Feebles on the list. And "Crippled Masters"

Ug.
