: I just got back from seeing Lars Von Trier's DANCER IN THE DARK in NYC. It's a really beautiful film (shot on High-Def digital video), and Bjork is brilliant in it. Anybody else here get a chance to check it out? I'm not sure if I like it more than the devastating BREAKING THE WAVES, but it's easily among the best films of this year. If you haven't and you're in or around NYC, check it out at the theater on 14th street- a HUGE theater with a slightly curved screen and a balcony and everything.
Did Thom Yorke have an appearance in the film when they sing "I've Seen It All" or did another actor lip-synch it? If he did appear, was it a decent sized role, or was it just for the song's fantasy sequence?
