Did that movie hit close to home or what? I know, or atleast hope, that I am in a better situation then that guy, but hell I don't have 50 grand to make a movie so maybe not.
If you are a wannabe filmmaker like me watch that movie and if you aren't watch it any way and you will get a good taste of what alot of people who post on this board are going through right now. So Kevin what did you think of it? Did it remind you of the Clerks days or did it show you why you made it and he won't?
That my friends it what American independent filmmaking is like. I have friends like that, hell I am probably alot more like that then I want to admit. Hell most people probably look at alot of us wannabe's the same way we were looking at that guy so next time we flame somebody or laugh at some loser for his stupid post remember alot of people are looking at us just like you are looking at that idiot poster.
Damn that movie made me feel like a loser. Will I make it? Probably not. Will I give up? NOPE. Am I just a joke to some people? Probably. Do I care? Nope! No matter what a loser that guy may seem to be I respect him.
