The second rule of Red Bank is.....

PARKING SUCKS!!

I took a drive to good ole Red Bank today to get a lay of the land, check out some shit, and pick up some swag before my vacation to Vegas. On a Tuesday aftertoon it took me close to half an hour to find parking, and when I did it was a 2 hour maximum. Most of the spaces I found were reserved or you needed a permit to park there.

So what happened at Vthon 98 and the Stash Bash? Were there any exceptions made for any of these rules?
