Vincent was great because he wanted it, you know? He was very
ambitious and enthusiastic about the fact that he was finally doing it, I
think. He let me do whatever I wanted, too. He trusted me.

I liked Mallrats all along.

It was fun because Tony Scott let me do whatever I wanted to do, and
it was interesting to see how movies like that are made. It was a trip.
Totally different than Chasing Amy for example, which was obviously
more intimate, more personal. It's nice to have different experiences,
though.
