...the answer is as simple as that. The Jersey Trilogy is a set of three films with a rough type of thread to them, while Dogma is utterly different, apart from having Jay and Silent Bob in it. All four films are View Askew films, as will be the fifth, but only the first three are part of the Jersey Trilogy. They're all connected, which is why they're together.

Dogma has the same writer / director, but it's not in the same series, and that's why it's not going to be part of the box set. Simple as that (unless I'm wildly wrong).
