I think that that's a good idea, but what you said is a bit harsh. When I flame a new person for asking a question that was answered multiple times in the summaries, it's because they were told to read the summaries and they chose not to. They deserve to be flamed. Also, it's kind of like an initiation. I'm fairly new, and I was flamed because I didn't read the summaries. I read them, now I'm not flamed anymore. The other thing is that most of the "regulars" don't flame people because it makes them feel big and smart, they flame them because they deserve it. It's basically showing the consequences of not reading the summaries. Then there are people like ChiefWhoopMyAss, who ask stupid questions that aren't in the summaries, and refuse to stop asking the stupid question until someone in RED (namely Kevin) answers it. I say we ban him, who's with me?!?!
