I have found that most DVD's that are sold as collector's or special additions, such as Mallrats, The Sixth Sense, or This is Spinal Tap (which has some great stuff on it) are usually pretty good. The Criterion Collection stuff, such as Chasing Amy and Rushmore (one of my all time favorites) are probably some of the highest quality stuff I've seen so far. Then you have the mongo double DVD sets such as Men In Black or T2 which have more shit on them then you know what to do with. I haven't seen the Fight Club DVD yet so I can't comment on it, but I've read good references about it. Of my 40+ DVD's, the seven I mentioned have a lot of great extra features. Also, others I don't own but have seen that are have some really intersting extra features are Legend of Sleepy Hollow and End of Days.

: Or else you would have read on www.newsaskew.com that the release date has been set. I won't give you that date because as the fan that you are you need to check out brad and chris's website for the glory that it is. As for the price of the DVD's, the extras come at a price. Kevin packs all of his DVD's with the most that a single (for now) DVD can handle. Mallrats is what all else should strive for (well fight club was pretty damn cool) and with Dogma coming out with multiple tracks & packed with other extras it should be worth the wait.
