Straight trade. The now Out Of Print and unavailable Criterion edition DVD of John Woo's legendary Hard Boiled, for the now Out Of Print and unavailable Mallrats book. Not the pussy re-release from a couple of months ago... This one has all the cool extras:

- Commentary by director John Woo, producer Terence Chang, filmmaker Roger Avary, and critic Dave Kehr
- Trailers for *11* of Woo's Hong Kong films
- A crazy John Woo student film
- Guide to Hong Kong crime films
- Notes on Hard Boiled
