Just a shameless justification to attempt to get Kev and the crew down to Australia.:)
The current conversion rate for american dollars to australian dollars is around 50cents american for $1 australian, This effectivly doubles the budjet for any american film, and as you all saw in films like "The Matrix" and Television shows like "Roar", "Xena" and "Hercules" (don't get me wrong, those last three arn't exactly on my "to watch" List) Australia and New Zealand can support any look or feel that a film needs at a lower cost than most american locations. We "ozzies" also have a HUGE amount of untapped talent looking for release, We're easy going, friendly, and (generally) reliable. WE ALSO WORK FOR LESS when compared to the median wage line going for mediocre american talent (see "days of our lives", "bold and the beautiful").
At this point I realise I'm just punkin my ass out to the Australian tourist board with no recompense and leave quitely, glowing red and apologising for wasting everybodies time.
