Just thought I would share something with the class...
I got to meet Gareb Shamus, publisher of Wizard and zillion other things today. He spoke to my class, and was nice enough to fly from New York to Oxford, MS, back to New York. All just to talk to us. Really cool cat.
After his Q and A I asked about Kevin and he was very complimentary, talking about the cover in Chasing Amy and how Kevin respected the mag so much. He also said hanging out with Jay in Chicago was great. Real love/love thing going there and hopefully we can see an ASKEW cover.
Minor spoiler- apparently Wizard will have some kind of contest to have a small walk on in VA5 coming up soon. Thought you would all LOVE to know that.
