Get the DVD to fully appreciate the absence of this scene from the final product.Granted it's an interesting scene,however the look and feel of it make it a more appropriate scene for A Better Place rather than Clerks. : I read the original ending to clerks yesterday and I thought it was a very bad idea to kill Dante especially as Jay was indirectly responsible. I didn't mind the idea at first but after reading it I'm so glad they changed it as I feel it made for a better film. Any other takes on this?
