Forgive the lack of specificity in my prior post. It was not the ownership of oil company stock I was intending to point out. Hell I own oil company stock. Owning stock is no crime. I assumed that what was intended by the "Texaco rule" comment was the practice of using one's political position to enrich your stock portfolio. Al Gore is not above that.
