I noticed on the Vulgar site under credits Brian Quinn portrayed the Traffic Cop. I used to work at NYC Dept. of Transportation with a guy named Brian Quinn who used to act. I haven't seen the film and was wondering if this is the same person. You may or may not know. I know I'm not giving you alot to go on.
