being the pedant and stickler for detail that I am, I have to point out that Empire, was not George's best film to date. 'Cos it wasn't his film at all. It was down to Irvin Kershner. And if you say the story, well it was co-written by George and (the late) Leigh Bracket. Screenplay by Lawrence Kasden. Sorry again.
