You can notice that on the left sleeve of the shirt is a yellow Graphitti Designs logo, which means that this shirt can be found in some comic book stores, or you can ask the store to order it for you. You can check their site to see if they still have it for sale, but their t-shirt listing seems to be messed up (it doesn't load completely...).
