The programme called Scour has BEEN shut down. Why? Because it's illegal. It's been down for over a week. This is COMPLETELY off-topic and should at the very least be on the other board if not a forum the likes of which I heard about it from...the Napster forum for example...you go there when you are REALLY bored...
