Well, this may be more work than ou might want to do, and there's no guarntee that it would get you on set, but you could check the Hollywood Reporter and the Ross Reports to see if there is a casting director listed, and also if there's a specific agency taking care of extra casting and submit yourself through them. I know some extra casting agencies don't care if you don't have a headshot and resume (saving yourself having to invest the money). Best of luck to you!
