Yeah, I figured the only way to ensure not getting sued is to get a friend to help out. Lucky for me I got that at my disposal if need be.
There are a few tracks out though that fit almost perfectly for what I'm trying to do. Doesn't help that they're hip hop either (picked them mostly for the lyrics.)
Oh well, I'll figure out something. Thanks for all of your colorful advice.
