: It's from Matt Wagner's comic "Mage". The shirt is made by Graphitti Designs but the t-shirt section of their website is fucked up. Here's a picture of a baseball cap they do with the same logo on.

I know somebody who's going to NYC and can get me that T-shirt in mid town comics in Times Square, but I had no fucking clue what it was. I know there prolly aint many T-shirts that are black with a big lightning bolt down them, but its still handy to know the background!:)
