Write a script. You need a script. Once you have that, draw storyboards if you want. But write a script first.

: Hey, I posted before about equipment, I'm just going to go with what I have (sony digital8 cam and radioshack mic) and make my first film. Well, not my first, I have hundreds of other ones that I make up as I do them, but they are just spur of the moment goofy stuff, going to try and make this one half decent.
: Anyway on to my question, what is the best way to go about planning it? I have a majority of the story line, jokes, scenes, etc in my head, but I need some sort of base to work off, story boards etc. When starting to make a story board it was frusterating drawing so much, then changing my mind and having to redraw all that crap. Maybe this is a very newbie question, but what are the basic steps taken when doing this sort of thing? They way it looks to me is I should write it out in story form, then write a basic script to go along with it, then story board for shots. Does that sound about right? Or does anyone have any little tips to make it run smoother?
: Lunch break over, I'm done rambling :)
