WWWBoard Protocol Q for Non-Newbies

I realize after further exploring of the site that I am guilty of Off Topic
posting. You see, I didn't realize there was a whole other board for
"Off-Topic" posts. When I last watched the board, there was no other
board.

So my question is this. What's Off-Topic? Is it anything that doesn't
directly ask a question to Kevin or Team Askew? Or is it anything that
doesn't relate to movies?

Does it piss everyone off if I'm like: "This movie sucked. Don't see it."
Or is that kind of extra curricular discussion welcome here?

Any help is helpful so I don't feel compelled to clog up the board.
