This belongs on the off topic board. I was frustrated because my password didn't seem to be working on the off topic board so I thought I'd test it here. Lo and behold it worked.
And Ming the High King of the Board lookethed upon the post and saw it to be off topic and struck it down.
: Opening scene: A deep sea mining rig sets off some explosions. Godzilla is sleeping nearby, and he gets real pissed off!
: Tashimoto: Ah, our drilling operation is going very well. The explosions we have set off have weakened the rock, making the drilling easier!
: Ahira: Yes, Tashimoto san, the explosion has done its job very well. Already we are ahead of schedule!
: Tashimoto looks at a display.
: Tashimoto: Strange, we are still registering a high reading on the ricter scale. The aftershocks should have ended by now.
: Ahira: We couldn't have triggered an earthquake. We checked thoroughly for faultslines!
: Tashimoto: The readout is not consistant with an earthquake! The vibrations are coming from above the ground.
: Ahira: This is most strange.
: Suddenly their viewport goes dark, as if an eclipse has occured.
: Ahira: What is going on here?
: Tahsimoto: Let us check the radar.
: Ahira and Toshimoto run over to the radar display. It shows a familiar shape.
: Tashimoto and Ahira: GODZILLA!!!!! OOOOOOOOO. AAAAAAAAAA.
: Long shot of Godzilla beating up the rig.
: Cut back to Ashimoto and Ahira holding each other. The rig is shaking, and rupturing. Water starts pouring in.
: Ahira: He's attacking the rig.
: Tashimoto: There is nothing we can do to stop him.
: Ahira: Ooooooooooooooh.
: Cut to long shot of Godzilla stomping on the rig. He gets bored of that and swims away.
: Ahira: He's leaving!
: Tashimata: Yes, but we are not safe Ahira. The water.
: Ahira nods: Ah. Uh huh.
: Tashimata: Send out the destress signal before its too late, Tokyo must know that Godzilla is back.
: Cut to: center of a military complex, a large chamber jammed full of technical equipment and bustling with activity. A tracking shot follows a messenger as he takes a message and makes his way through the complex. He comes to a room full of high ranking military brass, in the
: midst of a conference. Base Commander General Tachi stands up.
: General Tachi: What is it fool?!!! Can’t you see we are in the middle of a conference?
: Messenger: Uh, Sir, sorry to interrupt sir. I have an urgent message, priority alpha one! It requires immediate attention.
: Tachi: Alpha one? Why didn’t you say so?
: General Tachi snatches the message. Close up as Tachi reads. He suddenly looks very alarmed.
: General Tachi: Well, what are you standing there for? Waiting for a court martial for negligence? (Messenger fleas the room, very shaken) Hmmmm. It is certain then.
: General Masha: What is it?
: Masha stands up and takes the message.
: General Masha: Damn! Godzilla.
: General Tachi: Our worst fears have been realized. Contact the high council and Special Force Erkuza – password Massakara. We must put secret plan XK-941 into action immediately.
: General Masha: What will we do about the oil rig?
: General Tachi: Send out a rescue ship.
: General Masha: What's the point? It’ll never get their in time! They will all drown .
: General Tachi: Yes, there is nothing we can do for them, really. They are doomed. But it will look bad if we don’t try to rescue them.
: Everyone in room nods their heads.
: Entire room: Aaaaaaaaah.
: Cut to scenes of military craft on red alert. Soldiers move with quick precision as the military quickly snaps into a state of readiness. Tanks and missile batteries line the shore and destroyers patrol the ocean in preperation for Godzilla.
: Cut to: Bridge of destroyer. Ships captain is scanning the see with binoculars.
: First Leietenant: Ah, this is a false alarm.
: Captain: (sternly) No. Godzilla must be out there. It is the only reason to call a priority one alert.
: Cut to: Long shot of the sea, where military ships are roaming. All is calm, as things always are calm before the storm begins.
