Yeah i think it was; Millhouse is certainly one of the best. But you cant rule out Ralf Wiggum or the illustrious Groundskeeper Willie for his hijinx.
Yeah MASK was one of the greatest cartoons in my opinion of the 80's. Plan to get GI Joe on DVD soon (included are 30 or so of those great morals they used to show at the end of each cartoon) and i've already aquired Transformers for Christmas. 80's cartoons rock!
