I love DVD and would love for everyone to buy one (It's the fastest growing consumer electronic item EVER!) but all I really care about is that View Askew fans see all the extra work that goes into making a DVD like they do. Mallrats is a great example, it was made from day one to be a DVD (Same with DogmaSE I'm assuming) the other two are still very cool but are really just transfers of Laserdisc to DVD. Laserdiscs were very cool but DVD has a lot more potential and you don't have to get up in the middle of the movie to flip/change the disc(Unless you have the old Se7ev or Goodfellas on DVD)

I forget my point, Just if you get a chance to see it with a friends DVD player (Dick or Soldier Whomever they are) then you get to see the cool extras!

I had a great Chistmas no DVD related gifts but I think that's because everyone who knows me knows I get just about everything a man could want in terms of DVD.
