In case you haven't read the wild rumors of Rock playing the "Beast" in the upcoming X-Men II movie weren't confirmed by a long shot. Movie website "Coming Attractions" reports that not one production deal has been signed yet and The Rock is definitely not on the list right now. Several wrestling sites reported yesterday that The Rock is already 'signed' for the movie, however everything is untrue. The only movie Rock is shooting in 2001 as of now is "The Scorpion King," ready to start filming just after WrestleMania X-Seven.
