I heard from someone that you are a fan of Tom Savini.
Well I wrote a poem for the holidays last year that everyone
seemed to get a kick out of so I thought I would show it to you.
Hope you enjoy it as well.
So at the risk of being flamed by everyone with nothing better to do
I am posting it. For those of you who take offense to my posting a
totally off topic and off season poem...suck it up and drive on.
Once on a christmas night...
I went out to the street and saw quite a sight...
Zombies, had risen from the dead...
and so I looked for a weapon to bash in their heads...
When out of the sky came quite a clatter...
I quickly turned to see what the hell was the matter...
I looked up in surprise at what I did see...
A sleigh pulled by trolls and carrying Tom Sav-i-ni...
He pulled along side me and offered a ride...
and to me it seemed that he was saving my hide...
Off we went up through the sky...
Twas a dazzling display relected in my eye...
In his sleigh were posterbooks galore...
Busts, latex appliances and more...
I turned to ask what this was about...
When the bastard turned over and let me fall out...
I fell to the earth at a great, great speed...
As I landed my legs were crushed to the knees...
I felt numb and afraid and I began to yell...
The sick bastard laughed and rang a dinner bell...
Only then did I see why he was so rude...
It was past Midnight and his pets needed food.
