I don't read comics, so...

If I were to go to my local comic book store, and buy Kev's Green Arrow, would I have any clue as to what was going on? Like, do you think the whole thing would be hard to understand by someone who doesn't know a thing about Green Arrow (or ANYTHING to do with comic books) Or would it be like, I would enjoy it, just miss a lot of stuff?

I mean, like Kev says about Buffy... is it something too late to jump into?
