I was on my way to work this morning and I saw this big-ass truck moving into this building about a block away from here. I just screamed "movie truck!" So, I head out to lunch here in Pasadena. Get my subway sandwich and sure enough, they're filming just down the street. My first reaction? Holy shit. J&SB SB!!! So, I go down and sure enough, there are Arri boxes and cine-this and that, but the restaurant is blocked off so I can't see who's in there, but I was just sure it was the Jay and Bob crew. I ask the security guard and he can't remember the name. I ask some chick who's standing outside and she tells me to "shhhhhh" they're filming on the other side of the curtain we're standing in front of. I walk off and wait until the take is done and then I ask the other guard. Unfortunately it's some movie called "How to Make Your Man Behave in 10 Days... Or Less" with Morris Chestnut and Vivica Fox. Damn... I was so hoping to see Jay sitting out back by the dumpsters taking a bong hit between takes or something. Maybe on the 25th.
