First, it was announced that Shannon Elizabeth would be given the National Association of Theatre Owners "Female Star of Tomorrow" Award at ShoWest (March 5-8 in Vegas)... Now, today, it's announced that Chris Rock will get the "Comedy Star of the Year" award.
